Registration

The early bird registration deadline is 15 June 2024. Please see the table below for the registration charges. Please note the Registration Fee is not refundable.

Author Registration: 

  • At least one author of each paper is required to complete the Full Conference Registration.
  • At least one author of each PhD forum or Demo paper is required to register. In case the registered author is a student, then Student Conference Registration is sufficient, otherwise a Full Conference Registration is required.

If you need an invitation letter, please contact Eleonora Vacca (eleonora.vacca@polito.it). Note that invitation letters will only be provided to authors of accepted papers or active members of the FPL community. Please include the following information in your request:
